What is the process for making a reservation?
To make your reservation, you just need to select the desired date and time. If the time you want does not appear, it means it is not available for that day, so you can try another day. If it says "There are no packages," it means that the day is already full.
To ensure availability, we recommend booking in advance as we have limited space. During peak seasons, even days in advance, everything may be fully booked.
For skipper charters, we require at least 24 hours' notice before booking.
Additionally, you can select extras. If you do not reserve any extras, they cannot be added later during check-in because we program all equipment before departure to avoid delays or waiting times for other customers. If you forget to add an extra, please send us an email, and we will do our best to provide it for you.
Is a license required?
The Bali boat does not require any license or previous experience. The other boats do require a license.
IMPORTANT: We need the original boat license at check-in. Photo, scan,... is not valid. Also, your boat license must be on that list: "License check"
What if I don't have a license?
*This does not apply to Bali (as it is a license-free boat and a skipper is not required).
If you do not have a license, you have to rent the boat with the skipper.
Dakota and Camden, the skipper is not available.
Roma and Tokio, you can add the skipper to your booking
Payment will be made at check-in. The skipper will provide an exclusive private tour for you. We offer essential tour packages, but customers can choose their preferred route. During high demand periods, it is necessary to reserve in advance to guarantee the availability of the skipper. Alternatively, please inquire about skipper availability before booking.
Please take into account the boat's maximum capacity, the skipper will also count as a person on board.

Cancellation Policy
If the customer wishes to cancel the rental, 95% of the total amount (100%-5% management fees) will be refunded only if the cancellation is made at least 15 days before check-in. If the cancellation is made less than 15 days in advance, the booking will not be refundable.
If the customer does not have the necessary certification, a refund will not be possible (please check 'license check' or ask us for more information)."
Early returns: If the customer decides to return the boat before the end date of the rental, no refunds will be made for unused time.
Adverse weather conditions: If the use of the boat is prevented due to adverse weather conditions, such as strong winds, waves or storms You can choose to change the date of the reservation (depending on availability) or a bond will be made for the amount paid that never expires and is transferable as long as the holder of the reservation authorizes it. If neither of these options is possible, you may request a refund (100% - 5% processing fee), resulting in a 95% refund.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@okboatsmallorca.com and will be processed within a maximum of 7 business days from the date of receipt.
What happens if the weather prevents me from sailing?
You can choose to change the date of the reservation (depending on availability) or a bond will be made for the amount paid that never expires and is transferable as long as the holder of the reservation authorizes it. If neither of these options is possible, you may request a refund (100% - 5% processing fee), resulting in a 95% refund.
What is NOT included in the price?
Gasoline, skipper, food/drinks, extras.
Where is the port of departure?
The port is called "La Lonja Marina Charter". It is located in Palma, 5 minutes from the Cathedral.
Can the hours be extended?
Yes, overtime can be done for an additional cost that will be contracted at the time of check-in based on availability.
Do I have to leave a deposit?
Yes, each boat has a deposit. It will be deposited at check-in.
Can children come on board?
Of course, everyone is welcome on board. It is safe for children, and we also have small-sized life jackets. Please let us know the age of the child in advance, so we can have everything prepared.
*Please note that regardless of the age of the child, they count as a person on board.
Will I have assistance at departure and arrival?
Of course, always. A member of our team will be present at check-in and check-out to explain any doubts and assist you with whatever you need. Additionally, during the rental period, you have access to our WhatsApp phone number (+34 698350676) to contact us in case any questions arise.
