• It is essential to bring at the check-in: original boat license, DNI/ID/passport, and a credit card for the deposit
• In the event of a mechanical failure, your reservation will be substituted with a vessel of equal or superior specifications, subject to availability.

Important. Punctuality for Departure: Each boat has a specific departure time to ensure an organised service without delays. We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes early. A maximum 30-minute courtesy window is offered. After this time, check-in staff may no longer be available, and you may lose your reservation with no right to a refund.
